At Atari International. we strive to produce quality youngstock on the track and in the show ring. Atari's attention to bloodlines, conformation and character is passed on through each one of our horses foals. All stallion breedings come with a live foal guarantee.

Live Foal Guarantee (LFG): The breeding is guaranteed for a foal that is born alive and nurses for at least 24 hours. Should the mare fail to produce a live foal, the mare may return to the stallion for breeding priviledges the following year. If the stallion is unavailable, the mare owner may request breeding to another available stallion, or be refunded of the breeding fee.

To order to breed to an Atari stallion, the following must be read and agreed to:
1. By the time the foal is born you must contact me with the page URL so I may link to it.
2. I reserve buyback rights on the foal.
3. If you disappear for more than two months I reserve the right to reclaim the foal without compensating you. Upon your return if a sufficient reason for your absence is provided the foal will be returned. If it occurs again, the foal will not be returned.
4. Foal may be speedaged so that the mare is 3 and stallion is 3 at the time of birth, but no other stats may be changed after birth!
5. I reserve the right to claim foals confiscated due to overshowing or abuse. Under no circumstances will the foal be returned.
